Chi mi segue da tempo conosce la mia grande passione per quella grandissima band originaria di Seattle chiamata PEARL JAM e la grandissima stima per il frontman del gruppo Eddie Vedder. Dunque questo “tributo ad Eddie” era dovuto. Il famoso cantautore americano ha vinto il “Golden Globe for best original song in a motion picture”, in particolare Guaranteed è colonna sonora del film “Into the Wild” di Sean Penn. Ecco uno dei motivi per i quali adoro i Pearl Jam. Loro non hanno mai detto: “Giù le mani dal nostro materiale”, anzi, hanno da sempre incoraggiato la diffusione di bootleg amatoriali, registrazioni e quant’altro tra fan e simpatizzanti. La rete è piena di rarità della band scaricabili in maniera perfettamente legale ed autorizzata. W i Pearl Jam e abbasso la mafia delle etichette e del music business che gonfia la pancia di pochi e sicuramente non fa gli interessi degli artisti!!!
PS: dopo lungo travaglio sto ultimando la scaletta. Domani arriva l’episodio #72 dell’ES, pronto pronto per farvi passare un ottimo week-end :-P
